What are the current rates on products offered by MNB?

How can I obtain a free copy of my credit report?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act permits consumers to request a free copy of their credit report once every 12 months from each of the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, Trans Union) and ensures the right to dispute inaccuracies without cost.

What if I find errors or incomplete information in my credit report?

You can dispute errors on your credit report by contacting the lender directly with the contact information listed on your credit report. You can also contact the credit reporting agencies: 

Experian ( www.experian.com ) 
Trans Union ( www.transunion.com )
Equifax ( www.equifax.com ) 

How do I contact MNB with a question about my account?

Where can I find my account and routing number?

In Online Banking, log in and click on one of your accounts. Under "Balance Information" in the right column, your truncated Account Number is shown. Click "Show" to view the entire Account Number. The Routing Number is shown on the line below the Account Number.

 

In the MNB Mobile App, log in and tap one of your accounts, then tap the "Details" tab near the top of the screen. Your truncated Account Number is shown. Tap "Show" to view the entire Account Number. The Routing Number is shown on the line below the Account Number.

 

At the bottom of a personal check, you will see three groups of numbers. From left to right, the first group is the nine-digit routing number, the second is your account number and the third is your check number.

On MNB business checks, the routing number and account number are switched. If you have any questions about your account and routing number, call us toll-free at 877-647-5050.

Can I reorder checks online?

Yes, ordering checks online from Harland Clarke, our preferred provider, is as safe and secure as ordering them in person or over the phone. The site is Verisign secure and TruSecure certified, so your transactions and account information are safe and completely confidential. If you prefer, you may also call us at 877-647-5050 or stop in any MNB banking center to reorder checks.
