ONLINE BANKING

What to bring to open a Personal Account

MNB offers a variety of accounts to simplify your finances and meet your everyday banking needs. All accounts are designed with your best interests in mind.

Important Information about Procedures
for Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal Law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means to you

We will ask for your name, social security number, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will need to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. If you are opening a joint account, all signers on the account will also need to provide this information.

The information you provide is protected by our Privacy Policy and federal law.
