Changing Your ATM/Debit Card PIN

We make it easy for you to change your ATM/Debit Card PIN (Personal Identification Number). If you would like to change your PIN in person, visit any MNB banking center. Additionally, you can now change your PIN at any time using Online Banking and the MNB Mobile App.

PIN Security

• Choose a PIN that is unique and difficult to guess, but easy for you to remember.
• Keep your PIN secret. Never share the number with others or write it on your ATM or Debit Card.
• Hide your PIN entry. Cover the keypad with your free hand when entering your PIN at an ATM or cash register.
• Vary your PINs. Don't use the same PIN for multiple cards.

• Using Online Banking:
• Log in to Online Banking
• Select "Manage Cards" in the menu on the left
• Select the ATM or Debit Card that you want to change the PIN
• Select "Change PIN" under "Security"
• Enter a 4-digit PIN in both fields
• Click "Change PIN"
• Using the MNB Mobile App:
• Log in to the Mobile App
• Tap the menu icon in the lower left corner
• Select “Manage Cards"
• Select the ATM or Debit Card that you want to change the PIN
• Select "Change PIN" under "Security"
• Enter a 4-digit PIN in both fields
• Click "Change PIN"
