Social Distancing and Banking
MidAmerica National Bank cares about the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve, especially amid concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and our thoughts are with those who have been impacted. We are actively monitoring day-to-day developments and have raised awareness and education among employees on the best practices to prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
In an effort to keep staff and customers as safe as possible during this time, our lobbies are temporarily closed to any business that can be conducted through the Drive-Up/Walk-Up, Night Depository, or eServices. If you cannot conduct your banking transaction through those services, please call 877-647-5050 to be assisted.
MidAmerica National Bank has a wealth of technology and tools that you can use to bank remotely or with limited person-to-person contact during this time of social distancing.
We are ready to work with those experiencing financial difficulty as a result of this situation, and are taking the necessary steps to avoid potential disruptions of service to our customers. If you are a current customer of MidAmerica National Bank and encounter hardship as a result of the coronavirus, please call our Customer Service Department at 877-647-5050 during normal banking hours. We will continue to monitor the situation to determine potential extension or expansion of available assistance, and we will continue to communicate these decisions with you.
While it is impossible for anyone to predict the spread of the coronavirus and fully understand its impact, it does not alter our focus on continuing to serve you. We have the people, technology, products, and services to do just that. Thanks for allowing us to be “Your Bank for Life”.
