5 Reasons to use the MNB Mobile App

It seems like there is a mobile app for everything these days. From ordering food to video chatting with friends and family far away, almost anything is possible with an app. Banking is no exception. If you have yet to check out MNB’s mobile app or are curious to learn more, here are 5 reasons to start using the app today.

  1. Bank on the go
    Inclement weather and illness can make anyone want to stay home. With the MNB app, you can bank whenever, from wherever you are. You can view account details including balances, recent transactions, and more; deposit checks anytime, anywhere; transfer funds between your accounts; and view or sign up to receive eStatements. Plus, the mobile app doesn’t close at 5:00 p.m., so you can bank whenever!
  2. Send money online
    Send money instantly and securely with Person-to-Person (P2P) transfers or schedule bill payments online. If you need to pay a friend, tutor, coworker, etc., P2P is a great feature that will let you pay directly to someone’s account without waiting until your next meet up or mailing them a check. You can also set up payments for your bills by enrolling in online bill pay.
  3. Manage account and ATM or debit card security
    Our mobile banking is secure, but there are additional security features available. You can set up your account to access your information securely with biometric authentication, enable or disable your ATM or debit card with Card On/Card Off feature, and set up alerts and notifications that can let you know when your card has been used.
  4. Budget and plan your spending
    With our bill pay and MyLife (Personal Financial Management Tool) features, you can budget and schedule bill payments right from your account to help you keep on track and see where your money is going. You can track your monthly spending and even set saving goals.
  5. Get online support
    The Messages feature allows you to electronically submit account questions or requests. For example, you can request an address change or even reorder checks.

All you need is an app compatible mobile device and a secure internet connection or mobile data, and you’re ready to start banking wherever you are.
