How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

Once you have signed up for Online Banking, simply click on 'Bill Pay' and complete a short enrollment form to verify your information to get set up.

Can I see Bill Pay before signing up?

Absolutely! Simply stop by and get a one-on-one demonstration of Bill Pay at our banking centers in Canton (100 W. Elm Street), Macomb (130 N. Side Square) and Henry (700 Second St.). 

How does Bill Pay work?

Through our secure website, you authorize our third party Bill Pay processor to electronically debit your checking account and forward the payment amount to the payee. The payment will be sent electronically or by check. If sent electronically, the payment may take up to three business days to be paid. If sent by check, the payment may take up to five business days to reach the payee. With Bill Pay, you can also download payments to Quicken®, QuickBooks®, MS Money® and text or CSV format. 

Who can I pay with Bill Pay?

You can make a payment to any business, merchant or individual with a United States address. 

What is the payment cut-off time?

Payment cut-off time is 3:00 pm CST. After this time, payments will be processed the next business day.

When will the money be withdrawn from my account?

Funds are withdrawn from your account on the "Process Date", NOT the day the payee receives the payment. Please plan accordingly. 

What if I have Bill Pay questions?

You may call Bill Pay Support toll free at 844-808-0871, Monday through Friday 7am-1am CST. We also offer Live Chat from within Bill Pay in online banking.
