What is an eStatement?

An eStatement is an electronic version of your bank statement. 

How do eStatements work?

You'll receive an email that notifies you when your eStatement is available. Then, at your convenience, login to Online Banking or the MNB mobile app to view your eStatement. 

Are eStatements secure?

Security is one of the many benefits of eStatements. Only you can access your eStatements through the security of Online Banking. eStatements also eliminate the possibility of statements being lost or falling into the wrong hands. 

How do I sign up for eStatements?

It's easy! Simply log in to Online Banking and click on the account you want to enroll in eStatements. Once you are in that account, click on "Statements" tab, read and accept the disclosure, then enter your name and email address and click "Sign Up." 

Call our Customer Service Department during banking hours at 1-877-647-5050 if you have any questions. 

May I receive eStatements for all my accounts?

You may receive eStatements with Personal & Business Checking, Personal & Business Savings, Money Market and NOW Accounts. 

Will my eStatement look the same as my paper statement?

Yes, our eStatements look the same as our paper statements. 

What if I would like to receive paper statements along with eStatements?

There is not an option to receive paper statements and eStatements simultaneously. 

How do I view my eStatement once I receive my notification email?

To view your eStatement, log into Online Banking, select the account you wish to view, then click on the "Statements" tab. Choose the monthly eStatement you would like to view, then you may view, print or download the eStatement. 

When will I receive my eStatement notification?

One of the many benefits of eStatements is you will receive your statements faster than waiting for mail delivery! As soon as your eStatement is ready each month, you will be notified via email. 

What if my email or other personal information changes?

You are responsible for notifying MNB of any contact changes. To change your email address, log in to Online Banking, go to "Settings" under "Security" and click on "Contact Info". Enter your current password then the new email address you'd like us to have on file. Click "Submit" to save your changes. To change other contact information such as address, phone number, etc., call us at 877-647-5050. 

How long are my eStatements stored online?

Up to twelve months of eStatements can be accessed through Online Banking. 

Can I view check images?

Yes, you may view check images online. If you have Classic Checking or M-Club Checking, your check images will appear in your transaction history and on your statement. If you have Great Start Checking, eChecking, or M-Club eChecking, you can view check images in your transaction history in Online Banking. 

What should I do if I need copies of statements or cancelled checks from before I enrolled for eStatements?

Call a Customer Service Representative at 877-647-5050…we'll be happy to help you (charges may apply). 

Can I cancel eStatements and go back to paper statements?

Yes, you can cancel eStatements and go back to receiving paper statements if you choose. However, eStatements are a requirement of our Great Start Checking, eChecking, and M-Club eChecking accounts. 

Can my eStatement notification be sent to more than one email address?

We can send notifications to up to three different email addresses. 

Do I need special software to view my eStatements?

Your eStatements are available in PDF format. Access to your eStatements is available on any computer with Internet access and Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here for a free download . 

Will I still receive year-end tax statements?

If a year-end tax statement is required for your account, it will be sent through U.S. Postal Mail to the address we have on file for you.
