Will I receive a deposit slip back from the bank once a deposit has been made using the remote deposit system?

No, you will not receive a deposit slip from us. Instead, you'll receive an email from us confirming the deposit has been received by the bank and at what time it was received. For example, if you make a deposit of eleven checks totaling $13,426.00, the system's software reads the amount of the checks and computes a total. If the system shows a total different than what you entered, you'll need to balance before submitting the file to the bank. 

If I run two batches of checks through the system during the course of one day, will I receive a combined confirmation email at the end of the day?

No, you will not receive a combined confirmation email at the end of the day. Instead, you'll view the balance online using Online Banking or Business Cash Manager. If we receive a deposit after 2:00 pm, you'll still receive the confirmation email from the bank, but the deposit will not post until the next business day because our cut-off time for deposits to go on the same business day is 2:00 pm. 

Do I need a dedicated telephone line in order to operate remote deposit for business?

No, an internet connection is all that is needed.
