Hello, my name is Shelly Schreiber and I am excited to be your new M-Club Coordinator!
A Little About Me
The first M-Club Trip I attended was Mama Mia at Circa 21 in 2018. I traveled as a passenger on this trip with my mother and we had a blast! I knew from that moment I wanted to become more involved with the M-Club. When the opportunity to become the coordinator was presented, I didn’t hesitate. My creative mind has been going a million miles a minute ever since!
I grew up in Henry, IL and after college lived in Chicago, Indiana, and Kansas before returning to my roots and moving my family back to Henry. I have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and am a ‘number cruncher’ at heart, but I like to think I’m a free spirit too. I began working at Henry State Bank in 2008 (I took my Mom’s job when she retired from HSB) in bookkeeping/customer service/computer operations. When Henry State Bank joined the MNB family in 2017, I transitioned to a teller and am now a Personal Banker in the Henry office.
Shear Madness Trip Report
On Wednesday August 28th the M-Club travelled to Circa '21 in Rock Island to see the play Shear Madness. As always, the staff at Circa '21 took very good care of us with a delicious meal and virtually front row seats. The play was a murder mystery and the audience got to participate! We asked questions directly to the characters to try to determine “who did it”. The audience then voted on who we thought the murderer was and the cast finished the play based on that vote. We laughed throughout the entire show.
Join Us in October!
Come travel with us on Thursday, October 17th as we head to Moline for the Classic Oldies Luncheon Cruise on the Celebration Belle Riverboat. We’ll listen to 50’s & 60’s music as we watch the fall scenery along the Mississippi River.
Unfortunately we won't be traveling to Branson this year, but as the end of 2019 approaches, I am eager to start exploring ideas for the 2020 travel season and hope to discover some fantastic new adventures for us to embark on together. I am looking forward to getting to know and traveling with each of you!
